🎨 CALLING ALL LOCAL ARTISTS 🎨

One of our favorite events of the year is coming back this fall — the Blue River Cleanup Festival! 🌊🏔️

This two-day community celebration is all about protecting and restoring the waterways we love while bringing our community together through outdoor stewardship.

📅 September 11th & 12th
✨ Friday: Launch Party featuring happy hour, speakers, and a silent auction
🧤 Saturday: County-wide river cleanup followed by a celebration at the Frisco Marina with live music, vendors, activities, and a huge raffle!

Last year, over 200 volunteers removed more than 2,000 lbs of trash from our waterways — and this year, we want YOU to help bring the festival to life through art.

We’re looking for an artist passionate about conservation, community, the outdoors, and local activism to design this year’s festival poster! We encourage you to bring your own creative vision while highlighting themes of river restoration, cleanup, community connection, and our beautiful mountain environment. 🏞️

🎯 Submission deadline: July 1
📩 Send submissions to: Reyna at [email protected]

If your design is selected, you’ll receive:
🎉 A 1-week Instagram + Facebook artist takeover
🖼️ A vendor table at the festival to sell/promote your art
📣 Recognition on festival marketing materials + stickers
💙 A free 1-year BRWG Membership

We can’t wait to see your creativity and support our incredible local artists! Please reach out with any questions. *NO AI Images accepted*
