The Energy Program at Northwest Colorado Council of Governments (NWCCOG) is a team of dedicated field crew and administrative staff members who weatherize and install energy efficiency improvements for income qualified families and individuals in Moffat, Routt, Jackson, Grand, Garfield, Rio Blanco, Eagle, Summit, Clear Creek, Park, Pitkin, Lake and Chaffee Counties in Northwest Colorado.
