June is Great Outdoors Month, and for us, that's more than just a calendar designation.

The outdoors has a unique way of stripping away distractions and reminding us of what matters most. Whether it's a quiet morning on the water, a hike through the mountains, or time around a campfire with friends, these moments often become the foundation for healing, connection, and renewed purpose.

What keeps bringing you back outdoors?

🌲 THE OUTDOORS HAS A WAY OF REMINDING US WHO WE ARE. 🌲

Away from the noise, surrounded by mountains, rivers, forests, and open skies, we reconnect—with ourselves, our families, and each other.

Whether it's fishing, hiking, camping, hunting, or simply sitting around a campfire, healing often begins with a breath of fresh air and a community that understands.

At Cross the Divide, we've seen firsthand how time spent outdoors can build connections, restore perspective, and create lasting memories.

Where has the outdoors helped you find peace?

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

Memorial Day is not just the start of summer—
it is a day of remembrance,
a day of honor,
and a day of gratitude.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted
and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
— Psalm 34:18

Today we honor not only those we have lost, but also the families who continue to carry that sacrifice every single day.

At Cross the Divide, we stand beside our veterans, Gold Star families, and all those whose lives have been forever changed by service and sacrifice.

May we never forget.
May we always honor.

Healing doesn’t always happen in words—sometimes it happens in the quiet connection between horse and human.

Through our partnership with StirrUp Purpose, Cross the Divide helps create powerful equine experiences for veterans, first responders, and their families.

These retreats offer more than riding—they provide trust-building, confidence, emotional healing, leadership, and the kind of peace that only horses seem to understand.

Out here, there’s no pressure.
No judgment.
Just honest connection, open space, and room to heal.

Whether it’s groundwork, trail riding, or simply standing beside a horse and breathing again—these moments matter.

Healing looks different for everyone.

Sometimes…it starts in the barn.

Today we honor the strength, sacrifice, and service of the men and women of our Armed Forces.

On Armed Forces Day, Cross the Divide proudly recognizes those who continue to serve our nation with courage, commitment, and unwavering dedication.

From active duty service members to veterans who have carried that mission forward into their communities—we thank you.

Your sacrifice goes far beyond the uniform.

It lives in your leadership, your resilience, your families, and the example you set for future generations.

At Cross the Divide, we believe healing, connection, and purpose matter long after service ends. Through outdoor adventures, faith-based community, and strong family support, we remain committed to standing beside those who have served.

Today, we honor all branches.
Today, we honor all who serve.
Today, we say thank you.

Faith is at the heart of everything we do at Cross the Divide.

Our mission is more than outdoor adventures—it’s about healing, restoration, purpose, and walking alongside veterans and their families through every season of life.

We believe true healing happens when people reconnect:
—to God
—to themselves
—to their families
—to their purpose

Whether it’s around a campfire, on the water at sunrise, in quiet moments on the trail, or through meaningful conversations during retreat weekends, faith remains our foundation.

We believe in the power of God’s love to restore what feels broken, strengthen what feels weak, and remind people they are never walking alone.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28

At Cross the Divide, we serve with faith, lead with purpose, and build stronger families and communities—one adventure at a time.

Because healing is not just physical.

Sometimes, it begins in the soul.
