We are a Non-Profit Corporation helping abused and neglected horses preparing them for their new home

We are a Non-Profit Corporation who rehabilitates injured or sick wild horses and foals from the range in hopes to release them back to the wild. If they can’t go back to the Wild then they are placed in appropriate homes.

More fun this past Saturday with new faces and kids! I absolutely love watching and teaching them all about caring for horses! Thanks again to all who came out and got things done! I so appreciate all of you! ♥️

I’m a little behind in posting, but our favorite Navy peeps were here again this past Saturday! From mucking, tractoring (is that a word? 🤣), manure spreading, fixing bent panels and spending time with the horses, everyone had smiles. Horses were put in the arena for exercise before the temps reached 100!

We’re so thankful for all their help! Get ready to see a big project started soon!

They came back! With even more help! What an amazing sight and honor to welcome the Naval Aviation Warfare Development Center Sailors from the Naval Air Station Fallon!

Stalls were mucked, manure spread, waters cleaned and refilled and the horses were loved on and groomed!

Hay was delivered as well and everyone pitched in and got it unloaded!

Thank you so much for all your help! You came when I needed it most and I appreciate each and every one of you!

On a side note, surgery went well and my cancerous kidney is gone! Later this month I’ll find out what treatment will be needed when I meet with my oncologist! ♥️

Truly blessed and thankful for our local Navy volunteers for all their hard work and help!

I’m having a radical nephrectomy surgery (right kidney removal) Tuesday and this help has arrived at the most needed time for the rescue.

We appreciate them so much!

We had a very busy weekend and we’re preparing to say farewell to 2 more LBL horses!

Congratulations to Jamie and her family for adopting Tango! And to Joe and Jonelle for adopting Ben!

Tango has been with us since last year when she came in with Dot, who was adopted a little over a month ago. We’re excited she’ll be joining a gelding and will get a big area to stretch her legs and a family who will give her the love she deserves!

We originally picked up Ben for trail riding, but then we found him a family who wanted to adopt him. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out and he was returned. He’ll be joining another gelding and we think it will be a great fit. He seemed to take to Joe easily and we think they’ll create a lasting bond.

Both of these horses are so deserving of a loving home and we’re excited to watch them settle into their new homes.

Congratulations to Tango, Ben and their new families! ♥️
