The Celebration of Spring Easter egg hunt last Sat March 28th had a great turn out and all the kids looked like they had a good time. The teen/ adult scavenger hunt in the afternoon was a big success for our second year, we had 37 participants who all said they had a good time, a few more than last year.
A Big Thank You To All Our Prize Donors and to Niki, Ronica, Mary Jo and Bobby for coming to help and to Ranger Lee Chadwell for all his help. And appreciation to Brady Evans, Neely and family for supporting the event!

Reminder: Workday at the Old Homeplace this Sat April 11th from 9am to 1:30pm

FRIENDS NOTES FOR MARCH 7TH MEETING

Workday and W**d Wrangle went very well, making progress at the old homeplace.
A Big Thank You to Bobby Lane, Sam Beal, Ranger Lee and the two girls that came out to help.

Present were Ronica Evans, Brady Evans, Braden Foster, Ranger Mark Taylor, Ranger Lee Chadwell

I want give a Big Thank You to Niki Beal and Brandon Foster for preparing and feeding Team Rubicon March 6-7 Breakfast and Supper and March 8th Breakfast while they were at the park cutting trees.

Still looking for donations for the scavenger hunt.

also discussed was the History Hayride/ Chili Cookoff scheduled for Sept 19, looking at planning 6 trailer loads starting at 3pm and leaving every 30 minutes.
