Someone who had terminal cancer once said, "don't be sad for me, we all come to this world to be tourists, enjoy life, go sightseeing, do good deeds, I just so happen to be leaving earlier than others". Today is Cancer Survivor Day. Can I ask a favor?? Just a few of you will do it. If you know someone who fought a battle against cancer and passed away, or someone who is still struggling, or know a brave survivor; copy and paste.

Hey Alex fans! Today is our sweet Alex’s 11th Birthday! We celebrated as a family with dinner at his favorite place this evening.

Four years ago today, Alex had his horrific accident. We will never forget those phone calls and all of the emotions that flood our memories. Rather than being sad, today we celebrate his remarkable journey of healing with 'Alex Day!' We’re going to commemorate this milestone with dinner at his favorite restaurant (probably Red Robin), and maybe even ice cream. Alex is a vibrant, spunky, intelligent, loving, and funny boy that will be taller than mom soon! ❤️ We are eternally grateful to God for His unwavering guidance, and to friends and family for their unrelenting support. We couldn’t have persevered without you!

Greetings Alex fans, we hope you are having a fantastic summer! In response to recent requests for an update, please enjoy these random pics. Since last November, Alex continues to progress and is a silly and very funny little dude. He continues therapy and will start 5th grade in September. Time flies! Our sincere gratitude for your continuous support!

It's time to shine the spotlight on Alex's amazing journey! Summer-to-fall highlights are filled with excitement, from his first day back to school to celebrating his 10th birthday. Alex is pedaling forward with a new bike and an incredible camouflage spike helmet, embracing his love for military-inspired style. We're proud of his courage as he continues therapy for PTSD and works through challenging nights, knowing every step forward brings him closer to healing mentally. Hope you all enjoy the pics!

What's up Alex crew! Here's a photo dump from summer and the first day back to school today. We packed in car races, fairs, 6 Flags, boating, fishing, and enough swimming to make a fish jealous! Alex is still rocking therapy for PTSD and it's making a positive difference. There are still nights when Alex has a nightmare and wants to sneak into mom and dad's bed, but we reassure him that he is safe and nothing will happen. Sometimes it works, sometimes not, but letting him lay next to mom for consolement and hugs before returning to his bed is too sweet. Alex is doing amazing and has a seriously funny sense of humor!

Happy 9th Birthday to our strong, smart, sweet, and hilarious Alex!

Alex is doing well these days but continues to have issues with ptsd and nightmares. He sees a psychologist on a weekly basis and we’re trying to work through it. Thank you all for the continued prayers for our family and for following Alex’s journey. We can’t thank Alex’s fans enough!
