Look at that face! Those eyes! That tiny tongue working overtime! 😂💕 Carmel knows that a little cheese can make even a trip to the vet a little more bearable. Phovia Light Therapy can help speed healing in dogs and cats with dermatologic issues like:

Carmel has lingering skin issues from the neglect at the breeders home. While her first foster prior to coming to LPR made huge progress with red light therapy, the severity of the urine scald is such that treatment will be ongoing for an undetermined amount of time...aka...until she is healed amd culture results are negative for bacteria. We want her skin clear of infection before putting her under anesthesia for spay, hernia repair, and elongated palate resection.

Cocoa will be ready for her furever family very soon! She only knew a life of breeding until our team stepped in to stop that nonsense. Multiple rescues came together to get dogs out of this breeders greedy little hands.

Now that she has decompressed and we have a sense of who she is, we can start accepting applications for her adoption. Please note, she won't be leaving foster until she is spayed. We wanted to shave a few pounds off before putting her under anesthesia. Now she is ready and will get spayed soon! Now is a good time to get your adoption application in!

🐾 Carmel’s Great Stroller Adventure 🐾
Hi friends! It’s me, Carmel, and today I had a very important mission: patrolling the neighborhood on my fancy stroller! 🐾💗
Now, some pups have to walk everywhere. Me? I have learned that there is absolutely no reason my little legs should do ALL the work. 😂
So I climbed into my chariot, put on my prettiest sprinkle-covered harness, and headed out to inspect the neighborhood.
I smelled ALL the smells.
I watched ALL the people.
I checked ALL the bushes.
And, of course, I made sure everyone knew that Carmel was out and about!
My favorite part? I got to experience the whole world from my very own rolling throne. I may need a chauffeur, but I certainly don't need to miss out on adventures!
Life is meant to be explored...even if you have to ride in style to do it. 💕🐾
Until my next patrol...I'll be thinking about my Halloween costume! Mamapad was telling me about Trick or Treat!
