Mark your calendars for June 12–13, 2026 and join us for a weekend full of connection, community, and Eagle pride!

Weekend highlights include golf, corn hole, flag football, community breakfast, the car show, alumni dinner, food truck, and a community concert at Champions Corner.

Come reconnect with classmates, celebrate Silver Lake traditions, and enjoy a weekend made for Eagle Nation.

Save the Date: Silver Lake Alumni Weekend Set

Silver Lake’s annual Alumni Weekend is right around the corner, with plans underway for a fun-filled couple of days to bring the community together.

Festivities kick off Friday, June 12, with the 4th Annual Silver Lake Alumni Golf Tournament at Shawnee Country Club. The four-person scramble, organized by Coach Loren Ziegler, already has 28 teams registered and continues to grow. Proceeds from the tournament support scholarships and alumni programs, making it a great way to give back while enjoying a day on the course. Registration and payment are due by June 1. To sign up a team or sponsor a hole, contact Loren Ziegler at 785-249-6500.

The celebration continues Saturday, June 13, with live music from Steven Bankey and the Flatland Band at Champions Corner. Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door, and can be purchased at Silver Lake Bank. Cash or Venmo is accepted.

More details are still being finalized, with organizers working to make this year’s Alumni Weekend bigger and better than ever. Stay tuned for additional updates—and be sure to mark your calendar now.

🚨 APEX Project Fundraising Update! 🚨

We’re excited to announce that we’ve now raised $2.3 million toward our $5.5 million goal for Project Apex! 💛🦅

Our initial capital of $2.1 million, made possible through USD 372 bond funds and early private commitments, gave this project its start. Since then, we’ve raised an additional $200,000 thanks to continued generosity from our community—and we’re just getting started.

Project Apex is more than a building—it’s an investment in every Eagle, from students and staff to families and future generations.
