The sides for February 20th are coleslaw and scalloped potatoes.

The Silver Creek American Legion will have fish fries again for 2026. They will start on February 20 and go til April 3. The time is from 5:30-7:30. Carry outs call 308-773-2160

So I’m sure you all enjoyed the Fish during Lent… (in my opinion… it’s the best around). As Memorial Day approaches we would like to reach out and ask for some volunteers. We will placing flags in the park on May 24th @ 9am. With most of our Legionnaires being in their upper years, we need some young helpers. It takes at most an hour and it’s a great way to give back to the Legion, plus it makes great social media pictures. (I see that if we keep helping them, they will keep cooking us fish). Just show up, you don’t need to bring anything. All and any help is welcomed!
