We are very excited to announce the Future Forge's most recent board member, Robert Randolph.

Robert Randolph is a Professor of Business at Western New Mexico University with more than 15 years of experience as a family-business consultant and researcher. His work has focused on helping multi-generational organizations develop long-term resilient strategies while creating economic, social, and emotional value for owners and their communities. His research has been published in leading journals of family business, entrepreneurship, and small business management. At WNMU, he brings this expertise to the classroom while exploring new ways to support entrepreneurship, innovation, and community development in Silver City and Grant County.

Robert, welcome to the team and thank you for your commitment to the Forge and the communities of Grant County.
