WHAT A SILLY SMILE!!
A dog at the City of Arlington, TX - City Hall shelter has a face many online are falling in love with!!!

This is Bitzy.
The shelter posted this funny pic and wrote, “The face you make when you make your adoption mall debut… 😃”

Bitzy you are a ball of love!
Staff says she may be a little hard of hearing…. But has a great personality.
