The incoming storm makes this more needed than ever! We have had many kind and wonderful volunteers to step up so far and help watch over the facility, but there are some big holes to fill this weekend. If you have capable transportation and confidence in your safety, we could use your help making sure the most vulnerable neighbors have a warm place for the weekend. NOTE: Freedom Family Church - Siler City is willing to extend their hospitality even further into the day to allow for temps to rise, but we need help covering those morning shifts as well!

VOLUNTEER HELP NEEDED: Due to high demand and low temperatures, we are opening up our emergency shelter again at Freedom Family Church - Siler City starting MONDAY, JAN 26th through SUNDAY, FEB 8th. We are kicking off a new campaign to raise the start-up funds for a new thrift store! This store would provide further service and financial sustainability to the clients in our Transitional Housing Program and support our other community work.
