FAQ: What happens with area homeless now that the temperatures are warmer?
Answer: Spread Hope works with the homeless year-round to connect them with great area resources! These agencies are equipped to offer mental health help, housing, addiction recovery, and other needs. Spread Hope Now continues to offer sleeping mats, clothing, toiletries, and backpacks of essential supplies to those who need them. We are incredibly blessed to live in a community that works together to protect the most vulnerable in our area.

Wondering what's going on at Sikeston Warming Center today? Volunteers are warming up a home-cooked meal from a local church, doing laundry, and offering free haircuts. They are also cleaning, restocking snacks, and passing out warm clothing and shoes. We are so thankful that God has provided this warm building and all these blessings for those who need it! If you would like to volunteer, just send us a message and we can arrange for a tour.

Sikeston Warming Center guests DO have another location to stay today during this cold weather! We will close our doors at 8 a.m. to restock and clean, and then reopen late this afternoon. Any donations can be dropped off at our Donation Center today beginning at 9:00 a.m. (943 S Kingshighway). Our Donation Center will remain open for a couple of hours as weather allows.

Sikeston Warming Center opens at 6 p.m. tonight! Donations of paper plates, large styrofoam cups, paper towels, blankets, and warm men's clothing are always welcome. Donations can be dropped off at the warming center at 915 S KIngshighway after 6 p.m. or at Spread Hope Now from 9 a.m. to Noon on Saturday.
