Qualification Requirements:
β˜‘ Signal Hill residents only
β˜‘ Must be 18+ to apply
β˜‘ One grocery store gift card per household
β˜‘ While supplies last

How to Apply:
πŸ‘‰ Applications are available in person at the Parks, Recreation & Library Services Department Office, Mon-Thur from 8am-5pm (1800 E. Hill St.)
πŸ‘‰ Photo ID (Drivers License) and proof of residency are required at the time of application submittal
