NAMI Southeastern Arizona While we do not provide clinical services or
therapy, NAMI SEAZ offers advocacy,
education, support & resources. NAMI SEAZ has a 501c3 status non-profit.

NAMI SEAZ is a non-profit affiliated with NAMI National and NAMI Arizona. NAMI SEAZ is one of ten NAMI chapters in Arizona and serves Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, and Santa Cruz Counties. NAMI SEAZ’s office is located at 4032 E. La Linda Way, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. It receives all its support through fundraising activities, grants, private donations and membership dues. Its programs include peer support, mental health training, advocacy, information & referral services, and a self-help library. All services are provided free of charge to the public.

END THE SILENCE YOUTH SUMMIT 2026

Join NAMI Southeastern Arizona for a fun and meaningful day focused on youth mental health, connection, and building a brighter future.

Saturday, September 26 | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Rothery Education Center | 3305 E. Fry Blvd., Sierra Vista

The summit is for middle and high school youth, families, and staff who work with youth. Enjoy presentations, games, lunch, resource tables, door prizes, T-shirts, and more!

Highlights include:

• Youth opportunities from the City of Sierra Vista Youth Council
• Youth Mental Health First Aid overview
• Health Smarts: Take Care of You
• Resource tables & Carnival Wheel
• Create Your Own Vision Board

Today we recognize the people whose hard work keeps our families, communities, and country moving forward.

Labor Day can also be a good reminder to pause and take care of your own mental health. Work, responsibilities, and daily pressures can take a toll. Rest is not weakness, and asking for support is a sign of strength.

Whether you’re working today, spending time with family and friends, or simply taking a well-deserved break, we hope you find a little time to breathe, recharge, and care for yourself.
