Today we celebrate Saint Isidore the Farmer, the patron saint of farmers and laborers.

“Labor with your hands, but lift your heart to Heaven.”

St. Isidore reminds us that holiness is found in ordinary life. Your work, responsibilities, and daily sacrifices can all become acts of prayer when offered to God.

Whether you work in an office, at home, on a farm, or raising a family… God desires your faithfulness in the everyday moments.

Today, we celebrate the Feast Day of St. Louise de Marillac.

St. Louise helped shape St. Vincent de Paul's legacy of service rooted in compassion, dignity and action. Through her work with the Daughters of Charity, she supported those who were poor, sick and marginalized, helping build systems of care that continue to serve communities today.

💙 Her example continues to inspire our mission.

He is risen! Alleluia!

As we celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are reminded that hope triumphs over despair, light overcomes darkness, and love is stronger than death.

This Easter, the members of our SVdP Conference give thanks for the many blessings we receive — especially the opportunity to serve Christ in the poor and vulnerable in our community. Just as Jesus rose to new life, we strive each day to bring renewal, dignity, and hope to those we are privileged to walk with.

May the joy of the Risen Lord fill your hearts and homes with peace, love, and renewed faith.
