Help Us Train and Gift Service Puppies to Veterans with PTSD 🇺🇸🐾

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We’re excited to share that Canine Companions Ltd is heading to Mississippi to pick up three new puppies who will be lovingly trained and gifted to veterans living with PTSD—completely free of charge.

This mission is close to our hearts. These service dogs will become trusted companions, providing emotional support, stability, and a renewed sense of peace to those who have bravely served our country.

As we move into the summer, we’re asking for your help. Please consider supporting our efforts through donations, sponsorships, or by simply spreading the word. Every dollar makes a difference in helping us raise and train these life-changing companions.

Last week was such a special week for Canine Companions LTD. We touched back down in Arizona to connect with the Pleasant Valley Veterans Retreat Center. It's an amazing 200 acres property created to support veterans in every way!

We here at Canine Companions LTD hope to bring therapy dogs to veterans with PTSD, training programs, and mindfulness programs like yoga, sound healing, aroma touch, and reiki within the next few months!

In 2021, Canine Companions, Ltd discovered another population that needs the help and empowerment that these service dogs can provide. Children with autism spectrum disorder face a special set of challenges in living daily life to their fullest potential. Canine Companions, Ltd has decided to meet this need by adding a program that will provide autistic children with service dogs trained to perform specific tasks that will enable the child to meet their full potential. Please see our Autism Program page to learn more about how a service dog can accomplish this amazing mission.
