Hello folks. The location for this month's meeting will be at the Mall but in the hallways end down by where Sears entrance used to be. We will be setting up there this month. Mall closes at 7. Please park between best buy and the cancer center and use that entrance only if coming after 7. Meeting starts at 630. Let us know if you have questions. Thanks.

Hey everyone. We may have a new spot at least for a little while for the meetings but we need a projector and screen. Does anyone have one we can borrow for meetings before we have to decide to buy one?

REMINDER: Our meeting location has changed. We will be meeting at the Southern Arizona Museum of Science and Technology. Our meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of every month, except July and December, at 630pm. Doors item at 6!

Hey all for those of you who come to our general meeting on the third Wednesday, we will be using a new meeting place. Our previous location has become untenable. We are looking for something free or cheap. Has to have space for 40 to 50 of us and at minimum, a wall for presentations. If anyone has any suggestions let us know. The museum might work short term but its not big enough long term. We are considering all options.

Thats a wrap folks. Thanks to all the vendors, board members, our cab demonstrator, and club members who volunteered to make this show a huge success. Next year will be even better. Nothing happens without help and support. Congrats to all the raffle winners as well and those that gave donations.

For everyone who agreed to help out at this year's show, your ONLY poc for volunteering is Melissa Applebee. Her email is hmgc.sv@gmail com. There will be an email going out to remind everyone about the show. We will need help with the kids table, info table and geode cutting. We will be setting up starting Thursday at 9am at the flag poles at the mall. Please bring a bright smile and be fluid about where we need you.
