Meet the Team

Treasurer Rafael Rosario

Originally from Miami, Florida, Rafael Rosario has served in the United States Army for more than 23 years and is preparing to transition into the civilian workforce following his military retirement in the fall of 2026. Throughout his military career, he completed three combat deployments and is a two-time Purple Heart recipient.

Rafael’s passion for serving others began long before his military career. Prior to joining the Army, he worked for the Missing Children’s Help Center in Miami, Florida, assisting efforts to help locate missing children and support affected families. That experience helped shape his lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and helping people in need.

He brings years of leadership, resilience, and technical expertise through his background in Information Technology and military service. Rafael is passionate about supporting his family, serving his community, and continuing to make a positive impact beyond the uniform.

Outside of his professional life, Rafael is an avid gamer, sports enthusiast, and dedicated family man. He and his wife, Steph, have been married for 16 years and are raising four children alongside their two dogs and two cats.

Secretary Arby Wooten

Arby Wooten is originally from New York City and now based in eastern Alabama, Arby Wooten has dedicated her career to service, leadership, and advocacy. She enlisted in the United States Army in 2009 and has since served in a variety of roles that reflect her commitment to protecting and supporting others. Throughout her military career, she has earned both D-SAACP and NOVA credentials, reinforcing her dedication to victim advocacy and survivor support. Her deployments to Africa and the Philippines further shaped her global perspective and strengthened her ability to serve diverse communities in complex environments.

Before joining the Army, Arby attended CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice and worked with the YMCA of New York City, supporting children through after-school and summer programs. Those early experiences helped solidify her passion for standing alongside individuals and families during times of need — a calling that continues to guide her today.

At her core, Arby believes that service is not just a profession but a responsibility. Whether through military leadership or community engagement, she remains committed to uplifting and empowering others.

Outside of her professional life, Arby is a proud mother of two. She enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants with her husband, Andre, and spending time at home with their dog and cat.

CEO & Founder, Steph Rosario

Steph Rosario is a servant leader, military professional, advocate, coach, athlete, wife, and mother with a passion for helping others discover strength and purpose through adversity. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, she currently serves in the United States Army Reserve after previously serving on Active Duty Army for nearly a decade.

Steph is married to her husband, Ralph, and together they are raising four children alongside their two dogs and two cats. Family, service, and community remain at the center of everything she does.

Outside of military service, Steph is deeply involved in the fitness and strength community as a CrossFit Level 2 Coach, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, competitive Olympic weightlifter, and Tactical Games athlete. She believes discipline, resilience, and community can be life-changing both inside and outside the gym.

Since 2018, Steph has served as a credentialed military Victim Advocate (D-SAACP and NOVA), dedicating years to supporting survivors while educating others on prevention, empowerment, and personal safety. Her passion for advocacy and community outreach ultimately led her to establish Unbroken.

When she is not serving, coaching, or working within the nonprofit space, Steph enjoys spending time with family, training, and cheering on Chicago sports teams. She is passionate about helping others realize they are stronger than the challenges they face and capable of rebuilding with purpose.

We are so happy to announce our nonprofit has changed its name from Divide and Conquer to Unbroken!!

We still have to complete additional filings, state registrations, banking and official website changes but we are UNBROKEN!! ⚡
