This week, we’re diving into Emotional Intelligence (EQ) — and how understanding emotions, body language and the signals people give us can make a BIG difference in how we communicate and work with others.

What happens when we misread someone? How can we tell when “I’m fine” really doesn’t mean fine? And how do differences in communication styles, generations and cultures affect the way we understand one another?

We’ll explore all of this through an open and engaging conversation — and you’re sure to leave with something to think about (and maybe a few things to try!).
