Floorfool Janitorial is looking for a Cleaner at Friesland Campina, Monday - Friday 4pm - 9 pm and Saturday 12pm - 4pm, hours could be flexible if needed.

This could be a great opportunity for a college student looking for employment. Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, restrooms, and garbage removal.

To file your claim but phone 888-209-8124 be patient but it will work.
If you get a call back from UI, it WILL come from a private or blocked number. If you do not answer, they will NOT call you back.
Trouble logging in or get locked out? 800-833-3000, this number is extremely busy and it may take a day or two to get through.

The CARES Act that enhances Unemployment Insurance benefits was enacted on Friday, March 27, 2020.

If you are currently receiving benefits, there is nothing you need to do as your benefits will be updated automatically. Please do not call; it will only make it difficult for others to reach an agent.

If you are filing a new UI claim, the day you should apply is based on the first letter of your last name (please see graphic below.) Filing later in the week will not delay your payments or affect the date of your claim.

Any claim you file will be backdated to the date you became unemployed. If you are eligible, you will be paid for all benefits due.

If you are uncertain about your qualification for benefits, more information regarding the new federal act and other COVID-19 updates will be posted at www.labor.ny.gov. Please visit regularly to remain informed.

CDO Workforce is looking for volunteers to help us learn more about how to use Virtual Job Shadow (VJS) a new software program (see attached)
We are offering an incentive up to $100 to eligible participates.

To be eligible the participant must be between 18 – 24 years old, be registered with CDO Workforce, and have a disclosed disability
What will you have to do?
• Participate in an orientation on how to use the Software program
• Participate in approximately four hours of on-line activities and 1 or more sessions completing the “Pilot"
