Night Of Hope Walk for Cancer - Sidney, NE Night of Hope Foundation Walk for Cancer Helping with the MHC Hospice Room.

Through the support and generosity from our community, the Night of Hope Foundation has been able to benefit Sidney and Cheyenne County in many ways. Over the past years, funds have been donated to: purchase new waiting room furniture and a lighted mural for the Dorwart Cancer Care Center, sponsor scholarships for students studying medicine through Western Nebraska Community College, purchase refe

rence materials for the Sidney Public Library that help to educate people on cancer and treatment and help many patients with travel and medical expenses through the Circle of Friends program. And most recently helping with the Dorwart Cancer Care Center obtaining a lift and blanket warmers for the Cancer Patients.

If you couldn’t make it to the walk, shirts will be available at the Guns vs Hoses at Legion Field in Legion Park Saturday. Game starts at 4!

This year’s 2025 campaign raised an unofficial $40,000. We still have the Guns vs Hoses and a few things trickling in.
Top Team for 2025 is Pounding the Pavement!
The Quilt went to Laurie Mason!
The night was beautiful, emotional and powerful!

Supporting the Fight for 25 years!
2025 Walk is in the books!
We are still collecting funds and will have the Guns vs Hoses on August 16th to add to our totals. We will post when we have numbers.
A few Thank you’s as our team takes a few days off to reset and recover. But let me tell you about our team!!! As strange of a year it has been, we all dug in and made it a memorable night! We are small but mighty!

Thank you to Outlaws Catering for being a staple to our event providing a great BBQ. Kendra, Jackie, patty, Kristie and kids, great job!
Thank you to the ever so awesome Dave Dickey for auctioneering the Charity Auction and making it fun. Zach and Kayden for keeping things rolling.
Thank you to our registration table. Cindy and Deb keep things rolling on the front lines.
Thank you to our silent auction team. Ashley and Brenda for hitting the streets to get awesome items and Tammy and Tamara for manning the tables. There was a lot this year.
