10th Ave. from Illinois Street to Hickory Street, and the two parking lots (Hickory Street Square), will be closed from 4 p.m. to approximately 10 p.m. tomorrow (Friday, June 5) for Cruisin' Night 2026 and the new Cruisin' Night Car Show with the Sidney Cruise N Class Car Club.

Cruisin’ Night is back in downtown Sidney on Friday, June 5 and new this year, a car show joins the action in Hickory Street Square. Last year was so packed, Google Maps showed a traffic jam downtown.

Two local seniors are heading into the automotive and diesel industries with help from the Cruise N Class Car Club. Wyatt Hixon of Creek Valley and AJ Reyes of Sidney each received $1,000 scholarships for technical education programs.
