Every dollar raised helps us continue building Uplift Care Kits to send to children and families in our area facing serious health challenges. We are so grateful. 🙏

Our first Uplift Care Kit 💛

Sent to support a local family as their young child begins cancer treatment.

While we can’t ease everything a family is going through, we hope these small items bring comfort, encouragement, and a reminder that they are not alone.

We had the honor of preparing and serving a meal at the Central New York Ronald McDonald House Charities and it was truly a meaningful experience for our team.

Providing a small moment of comfort for families going through difficult times is exactly why we do this work, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to serve in this way. Thank you for having us CNY RMHC!

We chose to do this at the CNY RMHC because when families from our area need to seek specialized treatment for their child they go to Syracuse for the top notch Hospitals and doctors available there.

The Ronald McDonald House is a home away from home and provides a place to stay and food to eat, very close to the Hospitals. If you're not aware of what the RMHC provides - please check out their page, it's an incredibly impactful organization.

Also, a special thank you to everyone who participated in last year’s Brew-to-Brew 5K organized by another great group of folks, Local Matters — your support helped make this meal possible.

We are incredibly grateful to the Bassett Health Network School-Based Health Program for their generous $455 donation in memory of their colleague, Hannah Nolan.

At their recent bi-annual meeting, staff organized a “Jeans & Graphic Shirts for a Cause” fundraiser—coming together in a simple but meaningful way to support children and families in our community facing significant health challenges.

Hannah grew up in Sidney Center and dedicated 25 years to Bassett Healthcare—15 of those as the heart of the Sidney School-Based Health Office. She was a bright light, deeply loved by her colleagues and the children she cared for each day. Hannah passed away in December 2025 after a brief illness, and this fundraiser in support of The Uplift Collective was held in her memory.

It was an honor to present to the School- Based Health team, share our mission, and accept this donation in person. We are proud to partner with such a compassionate and dedicated group through our Care Package Program, and we look forward to the meaningful impact we will create together. 💚
