THE BIG WAREHOUSE UPDATE:
FINAL MEPA Environmental Impact Report posted on the MEPA monitor. (Gfi's target was originally 9/1) See link BELOW
WHAT THIS MEANS: GFI/142 Clinton Street, has made changes, corrections, etc. that were needed from this MEPA and planning board process.
ACTION ITEM: COMMENTS to MEPA NO LATER than December 23rd. How to below. Last chance for public input to the state.
SHARE & ASK: Notify YOUR friends and family THROUGHOUT town since this is over Shrewsbury's aquifer. It affects them and the TRAFFIC. Their voice matters too.
FYI: NEW 40B 104 Main Street: NEW as of late MONDAY (Nov 18th)
Did you know a 300 unit 40b is just starting the process? On the corner Main St. And N. Quinsigamond traffic light.
IMPACT to LOCALS with this project and warehouses and NO traffic study for I290 at all from GFI. Fyi, I believe a public hearing process, planning board, zba will occur for the proposed 40b housing.
