Hi friends!

We hope you are having a good summer. Please don't forget to mark your calendar for the 73rd Annual Shrewsbury Flower Show. It's right around the corner on August 23rd. We are excited about this year's theme "Art in Bloom." As part of the show, we will be featuring local artist's gallery inside Rosemary & Rust.

If you would like to do an arrangement, we still have spots open, so please reach out to us, we would love to have you.

In addition, we also encourage you to bring flower and/or veggies from your garden to be judged.

Today was all about flowers, flowers and more flowers. We, the Shrewsbury Flower Show Committee, had so much fun hanging out at Rosemary & Rust today making beautiful Mother’s Day bouquets. They were kind enough to include us to partner with them for their Mother’s Day Market on Main event happening at their shop on North Main Street tomorrow from 10AM until 3PM. Please stop by and pick up one of the bouquets to honor the special Mother in your life, the proceeds will benefit the annual Shrewsbury Flower Show. Also, R&R will have other amazing vendors and gifts available, so please stop by and shop local!

In addition, we will have bouquets available outside of the Shrewsbury YMCA tomorrow from 9:30AM to 11:30AM, so you can work out and buy your Mom a present all in one stop. 💐🌸🌹Thank you Shrewsbury YMCA!

These pick ups will be available at our R&R: mothers day market on main this Saturday from 10-3. We will have some additional bouquets available, but they are first come first serve!

We want to thank everyone who came out to the 72nd Annual Shrewsbury Flower Show featuring “Our Small Town Charm” on August 24th. Also, thanks to everyone who dropped off specimens and to all the designers who participated and created such beautiful and imaginative arrangements. It was a beautiful day, and we loved seeing and talking to all of you.

Now let’s get down to business! Here are the results of your voting!
The People’s Choice award is the arrangement that received the most votes overall in the show. The People’s Choice award winner is Sheri-Le Hittie. She did an arrangement in the Shopping Small category and her theme was Pet Shop. Congrats to Sheri-Le!

We can’t wait to see what you’ve been growing!! 🌻🥀🌺🍅🥕🌶️🫑Don’t forget to bring your best garden specimen to this year‘s Shrewsbury Flower Show on August 24. Garden specimens, including flowers, vegetables, plants etc. will be located inside Rosemary and Rust located at 21-A N. Main Street. Specimens can be dropped off between 8 AM and 9 AM. Judging will begin promptly from 9 AM until 10 AM.

We are hard at work coming up with our ideas and concepts for this year’s show on AUGUST 24! Also, as a reminder, we have shifted the location a bit so that no one will need to cross Main Street or Forrest Avenue, and parking will be available behind the factory. Make sure you come hungry because we will have three food trucks with yummy items!

Mark your calendar, this year’s flower show will be on August 24. The location is changing a bit. It’s still will be on a part of Main Street, but now it will also flow down Krieger Avenue and behind Rosemary and Rust. Please check out all the attached details!
