Beal School PTO

It's back to school time, and we welcome the teachers back with a luncheon on August 31st. We are in need of both volunteers and supplies to make this event a success! We need help setting up from 10-11am, manning the table from 11-12:30pm, and cleaning up from 12:30-1:30pm. All supplies can be dropped off at Beal before 10am on the 31st, or email [email protected] to coordinate earlier drop off.

The PTO is busy planning back to school activities, and one that we love is Popsicles and the Principals for incoming kindergarten families. It's a chance to let the new students meet each other, and also for the new parents to get to know the PTO! We're looking for a few volunteers to help pass out popsicles and to chat with parents/caregivers about what the PTO does throughout the year. We'd love to see you there!

We need 2-3 volunteers to help pass out popsicles to incoming kindergarteners and chat with interested parents about the PTO and our volunteer opportunities. This event is held outside at the kindergarten playground.

Wishing you all an amazing summer vacation! Good luck to our fourth graders heading to Sherwood next year, and we can't wait to meet the kindergartners coming to Beal in the fall.

Calling all volunteers! If you've got some time this Thursday morning, May 21st, we could use help at our final Beal Bookworm Breakfast for the year. Our amazing June, July, and August bookworms are coming to celebrate with us and we're short staffed! Generally we run three "shifts": setup starting at 7am, the event which runs 8:15-9am, and a speedy cleanup afterwards. Even if you can't stay a whole shift, we would love to have your help.
