Today brought something different to our members! 💜

Today, our members became the speakers at our Civility Round Table Discussion. We shared perspectives, discussed real-life scenarios, asked thought-provoking questions, and discovered new ways to practice and bring civility into the workplace.

It was a great reminder that civility isn’t just about what we say—it’s about how we listen, how we respond, how we treat one another, and the environment we create for those around us.

When we make civility a shared responsibility, we create workplaces where everyone can feel respected, valued, and heard.
