I’ve been hungry for the word of God and I find myself just being all over the place with my studies and honestly with my time!

One thing about God, he doesn’t care how long we act ignorant, he will be be right there on the other side of our error with those instructions 😇

✨✨✨Side note to my SisterServants: Just do what he says NOW and stop trying to wait to get it together, the blessing is in obedience RIGHT NOW✨✨✨✨

Hey Ladies,

One thing I’ve learned about growth is that it doesn’t always happen where everybody can see it. Sometimes the deepest work happens beneath the surface first. But eventually, what’s happening on the inside begins to show up on the outside.

So for this next Grows & Goals series, I want us to look beyond what we SAY we’re working on and start celebrating the evidence of what’s actually growing in our lives.

Maybe your fruit is consistency.
Maybe it’s discipline.
Maybe it’s peace.
Maybe it’s stronger boundaries.
Maybe it’s healing.
Maybe it’s simply responding differently than the old you would have.

That’s growth, AND that’s FRUIT. 🍎

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing little Wisdom Nuggets to encourage us, challenge our thinking, and help us become more intentional about our growth and our goals.

No pressure to be perfect. We’re simply committed to becoming better, one seed, one decision, and one day at a time. 🤎

So I have one question for you…

GOT FRUIT? 👀🍎

GROWS & GOALS | SILENCE + SELF-CARE 🫶🏾💕

Sisters, no Goalvation lesson today.

Today we REST🌹

We’ve spent the week sitting with Hannah’s burden, but before we move any further in her story, I want you to sit with YOURS.

No pressure to fix everything today.
No pressure to have all the answers.
No pressure to produce.

Just be still.

Go back through your notes from this week.

What did God show you?
What made you uncomfortable?
What encouraged you?
What are you carrying differently than you were on Sunday?

Take care of yourself today.

Rest.
Journal.
Take a walk.
Clean your space.
Read.
Pray.
Drink your water.
Put the phone down.
Do something that pours back into YOU.

And most importantly, make room for SILENCE.

Because every quiet season isn’t an empty season.

Sometimes God is doing his deepest work where nobody can see it.

We’ll meet again tomorrow for the next part of our BIRTHING JOURNEY.

GROWS & GOALS | GOALVATION 5 🌹

Read: 1 Samuel 1:12–18

Sisters, we made it to Friday🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

But notice where we’re stopping.

HANNAH STILL DOESN’T HAVE SAMUEL!!!!

And I LOVE that for this first week of study.

Because I don’t want us rushing to the happy ending.

We have to learn how to live, grow, pray and remain faithful IN THE MIDDLE😊

Verse 18 tells us something powerful.

After Hannah prayed, she went away, ate something, and her face was no longer downcast.

Nothing around her had changed yet.

Something IN HER had🔥

THAT is growth.

Sometimes the first evidence that God is working isn’t that the situation changes.

YOU CHANGE.

Your posture changes.
Your thinking changes.
Your response changes.
Your appetite comes back.
Your hope comes back.

And Sister, maybe that’s the first thing being birthed in you.

A different YOU.

✨THE MIRROR:
What has changed IN ME even though my situation hasn’t changed yet?

✨THE GOAL:
Write down three ways you’ve grown during a season you once thought was only delaying you.

✨THE PRAYER:
Father, thank You for what You’re developing in me while I wait. Don’t allow me to rush the process just because I’m anxious for the product. If the first thing You need to change is ME, I’m available. Amen.

GROWS & GOALS | GOALVATION 4 💕

Read: 1 Samuel 1:9–11

Sisters, THIS THURSDAY is where Hannah begins to shift🔥🔥

The situation hadn’t changed yet.

Peninnah was still Peninnah.
Hannah was still waiting.
Samuel had not been conceived.

But Hannah did something different.

🙏🏾SHE PRAYED🙏🏾

There comes a point where you have talked about it enough.

Thought about it enough.
Cried about it enough.
Complained about it enough.
Played it over in your mind enough.

Now, Sister…

TAKE IT TO GOD💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Hannah poured out what she had been carrying.

And I wonder how much lighter we would become if we stopped carrying things God has been asking us to POUR OUT.

Prayer isn’t always pretty.
Sometimes prayer is tears.
Sometimes it’s frustration.
Sometimes it’s “God, I don’t understand.”
Sometimes it’s sitting there because you don’t even have the words.

But GO.

✨THE MIRROR:
Have I been carrying something that I haven’t truly surrendered to God?

✨THE GOAL:
Take 10 uninterrupted minutes today and pray specifically about what you identified yesterday. No scrolling. No multitasking. Just you and God.

✨THE PRAYER:
Father, I bring You what I’ve been carrying. Give me the strength to surrender what I cannot control and wisdom for what You have given me responsibility to change. Amen.
