Raccoon Bend Farms tour was beautiful and very informative! It’s so exciting to learn that we have another heirloom focused farm growing organically. The prepared foods sold in the farm store are made from their produce. Attendees left with tomato basil soup and yummy looking frozen pizzas made with fresh local ingredients. They have u-pick em strawberries (nearing the end of season) and beautiful rows of zinnias and sunflowers. Also gorgeous red and yellow onions. The farm geese are their pest control. We are in discussions about another event with them soon so stay tuned!
