We are proud to recognize Dr. DeMarkus V. Webb and Dr. NaQuita L. Webb as two of this year’s Rutledge-Anderson 50 Under 50 Award Honorees!

Dedicated leaders and advocates, the Webbs are committed to strengthening individuals and families through service, leadership, and wellness.

As founders of R.I.S.E. Shreveport, they are on a mission to “Build Healthy Communities by helping individuals tap into their own resiliency.” Through initiatives like Project Get Healthy and the campaign, they promote holistic wellness—spiritually, emotionally, physically, financially, and mentally—across the community.

Dr. DeMarkus Webb is the President and Owner of E & E Security, Inc., providing professional security services throughout Louisiana. A graduate of Grambling State University, he holds a degree in Computer Science, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling. His leadership is rooted in protecting and empowering communities.

Dr. NaQuita Webb is an Internal Medicine physician at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, serving veterans with excellence and compassion. She earned her Biology degree from Grambling State University and her Doctor of Medicine from LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. She also holds a Certificate in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching from Harvard Medical School.

Together, the Webbs are proud alumni, devoted parents of four, and champions for community empowerment, education, and health.
