Women of Stature is a page to Inspire, Ignite and Release women
of all ages,race and culture to embrace Gods Love and care
for them. We gather monthly and yearly to pour into one another the treasure
chest of value God has allowed us to discover within ourselves, our
experiences and our relationships. Proverbs 27 says, As Iron
sharpens Iron ,so a friend sharpens a friend. Godly principles and
the presence of God guides and orchestrate all WOS endeavours.

Special Announcement: Meet 50 Under 50 Honoree Crystal Cooper-Taylor

We are proud to recognize Crystal Cooper-Taylor as one of this year’s Rutledge-Anderson 50 Under 50 Award Honorees!

A passionate maternal health advocate, leader, and community servant, Crystal has built a career rooted in improving birth outcomes and strengthening families across her community.

Crystal is the Founder and CEO of Nurturing Legacy Birth Collective, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing holistic maternal health and generational family support. She also serves as Director of Outreach and Education at Care Pregnancy Center, where she equips women and families with critical resources, education, and compassionate care.

With over a decade of experience, Crystal is a certified Doula, Lactation Specialist, and Childbirth Educator. She also serves as a Perinatal Community Health Worker for Region 7 in Louisiana, working to expand access to care and improve maternal health outcomes for families throughout the region.

Her impact extends beyond her professional work. Crystal is a devoted wife to Dwayne and loving mother to Dwayne and Lillian. She is also a musical artist, author, Pastor of Women of Stature Women’s Ministry, and Worship Leader at New Creation Family Church—using her gifts to inspire and uplift others.

Through her leadership and service, Crystal is committed to building a legacy where families experience birth, parenting, and wellness with safety, dignity, and community.
