🐾❤️ ONE LAST PAWS IN THE PARK. ❤️🐾

After 10 incredible years, it’s time to share some bittersweet news.

The 10th Annual Paws in the Park will also be our FINAL Paws in the Park. 🐶🐱

For a decade, Paws in the Park has brought together animal lovers, families, rescues, local businesses, volunteers, and some pretty amazing four-legged friends for one big day dedicated to celebrating animals and supporting the organizations that care for them.

What started as an idea grew into something bigger and more special than we ever imagined. ❤️

Our directors are all volunteers with full-time careers, families, and commitments of our own. As Paws in the Park has grown, so has the time and work required to make it happen. After a lot of thought, we decided that 10 years is the perfect place to close this chapter.

But we’re not going quietly. 😉

🎉 WE’RE GOING OUT BIG! 🎉

Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or you’ve never been to Paws in the Park before, this is the year to come.

We want to see familiar faces. We want to meet new ones. We want pets everywhere. We want laughter, memories, adoptions, happy tears, and one HUGE celebration of everything this event has meant to Northwest Louisiana. 🥹🐾❤️

Most of all, we want the community that has supported this event for the last decade to join us one final time.

So mark your calendars. Tell your friends. Share this post. And make plans to spend October 10 with us.

❤️ 10 YEARS. COUNTLESS MEMORIES. ONE FINAL PAWS IN THE PARK. ❤️

🐾 THEY’RE THE REASON WE DO THIS. ❤️

The abandoned.

The injured.

The scared.

The ones waiting in shelters and foster homes for someone to finally choose them.

For 10 years, Paws in the Park NWLA has brought our community together to support the people and organizations fighting for these animals every single day.

On October 10, we’re doing it again.

Not just for an event.

For THEM. 🐶🐱

Join us for our 10th Anniversary celebration and help us continue making a difference for animals throughout Northwest Louisiana.
