Yesterday, nonprofit leaders came together to think strategically, collaborate, and put planning into action. 💡
Our Strategic Planning for Nonprofit Mission-Driven Organizations workshop, offered by LSUS Continuing Education in partnership with The Institute for Nonprofit Administration & Research - LSUS, was a true working workshop, not just a day of sitting and listening.
Participants rolled up their sleeves and worked through the essential pieces of strategic planning, including stakeholder engagement, SWOT analysis, goal setting, performance measurement, and aligning mission, vision, and priorities into a practical action plan.
The conversations, ideas, and collaboration in the room were a great reminder that strong strategic planning is about more than creating a document. It’s about creating a roadmap for meaningful organizational growth and impact.
