We are switching out our clothing closet and we r ready to start getting the winter attire. So if you would like to donate please drop off monday-Friday 7am-3pm. Please share so we can fill this need.

Join us in celebrating the success of LARA’s first Fill Their Bowls pet food drive! 🎉

This project started with a donation of more than 160 pet bowls. We thought, what good is a bowl if it’s empty and there are so many pets in need? So began a month-long food drive to fill those bowls and help our local rescues feed the pets they care for.

Donations came in from all over our area - even from other states! Amazon boxes started piling up and LARA members’ out of state network of rescues and shelters offered bags and cans of nourishing food. They even included prescription food for pets with special needs!

We are happy to report, we (TOGETHER) were able to provide pet food for FIVE rescues!

The sun was shining, and smiles were wide at today’s distribution that even included a few extras like treats, collars and leashes, along with the food and bowls! ☀️ 🙌

LARA members continue to collect food from local and out-of-state donors and we’re in the process of planning distribution.

We’re about half way through our first-of-its-kind Fill Their Bowls pet food drive to benefit local pet rescues and we’ve received much-needed pet food from across our area - and even other states! 🙏 🙌 🎉
