Update on the Tahoe:
We finally started making progress on installing the replacement engine… but then my mechanic uncovered some pretty serious issues with it. So now I’m back (Thursday) on the phone with LKQ Online, trying to get a warranty exchange, return—or at least the parts needed—to make it right.
It’s been over a month and a half without a mission-ready vehicle. That’s six weeks of missed work, missed search and rescue deployments, and missed opportunities to help people in need. I’ve been more than patient, but if LKQ Online doesn’t come through soon, I won’t hesitate to go scorched earth on social media. People deserve to know who they’re trusting with mission-critical parts.
LKQ Online — I’m giving you the chance to do the right thing. Please don’t make me turn this into a case study in how not to support your customers.
