I am limited in what I can do to complete the reunion tasks in these final weeks. Below is a reunion "to do" list of what I think might need to get done before our 30th class reunion. If you see anything on the list that you feel must get done feel free to jump in and and make sure it gets done.
Music - Thought I had that set up but it looks like it may have fallen through? The committee has voted against live music for various reasons. There is no sound system at Hubbard Park.
Watch the Doors through out the night 6pm-12am
Help Day of with set up
Closing Team
Parking - Looks like there are about 50 spots, no idea about street parking
Organize Photos, Year Books and other Memorabilia
Manage Guest List - Alphabetize etc . . .
