Emotional Competence: One More Time!

Friends,

At 7:00 AM Pacific/ 10:00 AM Eastern, Saturday, July 9, 2022, I am again presenting to the Men's Cafe online. I am presenting again on the subject of emotional competence (not emotional intelligence, which is invariably frustrating and confusing to my read.)

Please note below several differences this time around.
I haven't changed the title from the first presentation, but it is now misleading because in part two we will be focusing on other applications of The Emotional Compass to our emotional lives besides improving meditation.
