Rainbow for Girls is an international organization that empowers young women ages 11–20. For more than 80 years, Richmond Highlands Assembly in Shoreline, Washington, has helped girls get ready for life through leadership mentoring, community service, public speaking, event planning, and confidence-building. We are a welcoming and inclusive group that celebrates diversity, encourages individuality, and believes every girl has something unique to contribute. Service is at the heart of what we do, and the friendships made in Rainbow truly last a lifetime. We host a wide variety of fun and meaningful events throughout the year.

🌈 This weekend was all about SERVICE! 💜

Our Rainbow Girls started Saturday evening by helping serve at our sponsoring Masonic Lodge’s annual Crab Feed 🦀, then woke up bright and early this morning for our jurisdictional Color Walk! 🌈

Together, Rainbow Girls from across the jurisdiction raised an incredible $13,642.24 to support Shriners Children’s! ❤️

And we’re extra proud that our very own Lilia was the top individual fundraiser, bringing in more than $1,000 in donations! 🎉👏

We are so proud of these girls and their continued commitment to serving their communities, supporting others, and making a difference wherever they go. 💜🌈

🌈 Rainbow is about leadership, service, sisterhood—and FUN! 💕

Last weekend, our girls enjoyed one of our favorite traditions: a Kidnap Breakfast! 🥞☀️ We secretly coordinated with parents, surprised the girls bright and early, and whisked them off to breakfast just as they were!

It’s a fun way to build friendships, strengthen sisterhood, and make memories that last. 💜

🌈 Our Rainbow Girls have been busy making memories and new friends!

We kicked things off with our annual camping trip, where this year’s theme was Disney Princesses and our group was assigned Moana! 🌺🌊 The girls had fun with themed activities and skits, and we even had a royal ball in the middle of the forest. 👑✨

The following weekend, our girls joined the Everett Rainbow Girls for GellyBall—a softer, kid-friendly version of paintball—and had an absolute blast together! 💥

Then this past Sunday, we invited our younger Rainbow friends to join us for ice cream in downtown Edmonds. 🍦 Afterward, we headed out on a rainbow-themed photo scavenger hunt around downtown, giving everyone another chance to laugh, explore, and make new friends.

We love seeing our girls have fun, build friendships, and make memories together—and we have so many more fun activities coming up! 💜🌈

Barbecue, Glitter & Grand Assembly Prep!

Yesterday, our Assembly gathered for an end-of-the-year barbecue and Grand Assembly work party!

We had lots of fun, lots of laughs, and lots of glitter involved. The girls had a great time working together on a special project for our Centennial Grand Assembly and getting excited for everything ahead.

We are looking forward to Grand Assembly in just 13 days! 🌈✨

🍔🍟 FAST FOOD FRENZY! 🌈

Last Friday was a Fast Food Frenzy—and it was just as fun (and chaotic) as it sounds!

We randomly drew a food item (drink, main, side, dessert) and a restaurant… and that’s the only thing we could order! Our meal ended up being:
🍦 Burger King dessert
🌮 Taco Bell side
🍔 Wendy’s main
🥤 Chick-fil-A drink

To mix things up even more, the girls switched cars at every stop so they could spend time with different groups 🚗💨

So many laughs and great memories—nights like this are what Rainbow is all about 💖🌈
