Today, the NSYC Wellness Center joins communities around the world in recognizing World Su***de Prevention Day and this year’s call to change the narrative on su***de.

Difficult emotions can feel overwhelming. Sometimes, the most important thing we can do is simply start the conversation. Asking how someone is doing, listening without judgment, letting someone know they are not alone, and helping them connect with support can make a meaningful difference. 💚

The NSYC Wellness Center provides a safe, judgment-free space where youth and families can receive support through individual, family, and group counseling, plus other resources. Our counseling services are available for youth ages 5 and older, with caring professionals here to help:
