A boil order remains in effect for Shoals Municipal Utilities customers residing on East River Road and in the Sawmill Ridge Addition. Town Hall will update residents once water samples meet all testing requirements.

Shoals Municipal Utilities customers residing on East River Road and in the Sawmill Ridge addition will continue to be under a boil order due to ongoing work on the main water line. These customers may also experience low water pressure or a complete loss of water service. The order will be lifted once water samples are confirmed to be safe.
