Without the generous support of our sponsors, our annual HOFNOD event would not be possible. This year, long time sponsors Kiwanis of LBI and The Maximilian Foundation are collecting socks for The Happy Feet New Socks program. The goal of Happy Feet is to make a difference in the lives of homeless veterans, homeless families, and abused women with children in need by giving them a new pair of socks, preventing common foot ailments, reducing bacteria warming their feet and bringing dignity to a person’s life.

🎅 What a joyful and festive morning at the Kiwanis children's breakfast with Santa! The halls of the shipbottomfireco were filled with holiday cheer, thanks to the incredible efforts of our dedicated volunteers. A heartfelt shout-out goes to the amazing students and advisors of the southernregional_keyclub and Builders Club - your tireless work setting up, entertaining the little ones, and ensuring everything ran smoothly made this cherished community event a huge success. The smiles on the children's faces said it all. We're so grateful for your selfless spirit of service - you truly embody the spirit of the season!

🧦 We will be collecting for our “Happy Feet” Sock Drive during the Ship Bottom Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 7, from 1 PM to 3 PM (with a rain date of December 8). New socks can be dropped off at several locations, including the Parade Judging Station, Bakers Port Hole & Restaurant, and the Ship Bottom Municipal Building. Kiwanis “Key Club Leadership Students” will assist with sock donations along the parade route. The collected socks will support veterans, active military, homeless individuals, children in need, and victims of domestic abuse and natural disasters. Monetary donations are also accepted, with checks made payable to Kiwanis of LBI. Thank you in advance for supporting our Happy Feet Sock Drive! 🧦

The Kiwanis Easter Breakfast for the children last week was a huge success! All the children were able to greet the Easter Bunny and receive a gift. A great time was had by all!!
