On March 21, in partnership with F3 Motherlode and FiA Southfork, we hosted the Motherforkin' Endurance Run and Ruck, running multiple 5k loops to test our grit on the beautiful trails of Coloma, CA.

These technical trails, with a 550-foot elevation climb and descent, had participants running over a bridge, by the river, and through the forest in 5k loop/lap increments. This year's run went up to 6 laps, with the ruck division going up to 3 laps.

Each runner had 45 minutes to complete each loop (90 minutes per loop for each rucker). If a participant completed a loop in the allotted time, he or she was eligible to run or ruck the next loop. Don't finish in time and you're done!

Those who finished all 6 loops totaled 18.6 miles and more than 3,250 feet of elevation (ruckers doing all 3 loops completed 9.3 miles and 1,600 feet of elevation).

Presenting your F3 South Fork 2025 High Water Mark class! These are the high-impact men (HIM) that set the bar all year for their fellow PAX with their consistency, their leadership, and their commitment to the region.

From April 1 to December 31, each of these men posted at least 150 times, led at least 10 workouts, attended at least 20 Q Sources, led at least one Q Source, and posted at all of the region’s workout sites (AOs). More than 500 guys posted in South Fork this year, but only 18 hit every High Water Mark benchmark! Congratulations to each of you!

A group of F3 South Fork volunteers showed up to help Shannon Family Automotive give out nearly 70 free oil changes to single mothers today.

From traffic control, to vacuuming and window washing, to air pressure checks and oil changes themselves, PAX jumped in wherever needed to help a good cause.

We’d like to give a big shout out to Shannon Family Automotive for its continued dedication to the Folsom community, and for showcasing inspirational generosity around the holidays. Thanks for letting us be a part of this special event again! And props always to Adrian B. Blanco of Adrian Blanco Jewelry for being the glue that brings us together!

Our annual Gumby Saves Christmas workout commenced on Christmas Eve amidst a heavy storm of wind and eventual sideways rain. Nothing could stop Gumby from his mission, though, as he delivered a beatdown (and some presents) to 89 PAX who braved the weather.
