In honor of 9/11, our very own Doodles displayed a few beautiful pieces of his art tonight at Uncle Charlie’s Firehouse and Brew in Folsom. These paintings will be hung at that location for a month for all to enjoy. Please stop by and check them out for yourself. Pictures cannot do them justice.

Our joint F3 Golden PAX challenge begins this weekend with an eight-region partnership with F3 Gold Rush, Bedrock, F3 SacTown, F3 Rubicon, F3Asgard, F3 Junction, F3 Terracotta. Beginning this Saturday at Rocklin High School, this high-intensity workout challenge will travel to a new location every Saturday morning, concluding at our very own F3 South Fork site at Oak Ridge High School on October 24.

What is the F3 Golden PAX Challenge? A form of the F3 Iron PAX Challenge, it consists of highly demanding workouts released every week that test strength, endurance, and grit. Intended as a as a “You vs. You” challenge, it’s meant to push participants past their personal comfort zones rather than just competing against other men. Your brothers will challenge you, but ultimately your goal is to beat the man you were yesterday.

Think you’ve got what it takes? Meet us out there on September 5!

After workouts each morning, members of F3 meet for what we call “coffeteria,” an opportunity to connect with brothers on a deeper level than what we can in the gloom.

At F3 South Fork, we make it a goal to ensure you have support you may need in many aspects of life, not just physical fitness.
