We are so excited for an amazing summer at the Boys & Girls Club of Sherman! We wanted to send out a few important reminders and updates as we prepare for the start of our Summer Program on June 1st.

Please read carefully so everyone is prepared for a smooth and successful summer!

Parent Meeting Cancelled

The Summer Parent Meeting that was scheduled for tonight has been cancelled.

We decided to cancel due to the weather forecast and because we are able to provide all important information electronically. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility!

Registration & Field Trip Payments

Summer Registration

Parents may pay for summer registration:

Online through the Parent Portal
Over the phone
In person at the Club

Field Trip Sign-Ups & Payments

To ensure we do NOT miss anyone on field trip sign-ups:

OR in person

There is currently NO online self-pay option for field trips.

This helps us accurately track attendance and transportation for each trip.

Club Closure Next Week

The Club will be CLOSED all next week as our staff prepares for summer programming.

During this time we will be:

Training staff
Cleaning and organizing the building
Preparing activities and classrooms
Finalizing summer procedures

Summer Lunch Information

Once summer begins, lunch will be provided daily for all members enrolled in the Summer Program.

Important Summer Reminders

✔️ Please enter through the parking lot entrance only
✔️ Do NOT stop in the drive and get out of your vehicle
✔️ If you need to come inside, please park in the parking lot first
✔️ The first week may be a little hectic as we learn new routines, vehicles, and students — thank you in advance for your patience and support!
