Heart & Soul Rescue helps homeless animals in many ways. We are happy to lend a hand to our fellow rescuers by transporting, helping to arrange an adoption or fostering. We rescue from the streets and the pound. We are a foster based rescue that depends on donations to vet our rescues and the loving caring fosters that open their hearts and homes to these innocent sweet souls. Without these two th
ings we are unable to do anything. both are absolutely essential to any rescue. Together we save lives.
