Autism awareness month! Even we know the families with autism is 24/7 deal, not just a day or a month, but we still take advantage of the awareness month! Hope in this month everyone learn more about autism, understand more about autism, accept more about autism and love the people with autism more than before!!

Congratulations to Jack and Isaac! Our most creative pin painting winners!

We will keep working on those pins and decorating flyers, will pass them out to members at the next meeting and distributing throughout the community.

Hello Autism Friends! Hope everyone has a safe Spring Break! There will be no meeting next week as the District Service Center will not have after hours staffing. Our next meeting will be
on the 4th Thursday, which is March 28th.

Happy Valentine’s Day! To all our members, especially to our 5 new members that joined us today! Amazing how our numbers keep growing with no advertising! But for now we feel blessed to have the friends we have that support A.F.
Thanks to whom brought us special Valentine’s deserts, our kids had great time together, after we came back home, Isaac showered and fell to sleep in no time. Lol

We had our starting the New Year Party last night! 27 members had so much fun! The kids played hard and the Parents shared knowledge and information supporting each other, also received gifts and best wishes from Autism Friends!
Thank you for everyone who participated and who brought food! Thank you for Tracy who donated toys for our kids! Welcome to our new family from Sherman that joined last night.

Also, Tracy had to leave early, but we would like to recognize her and Ethan’s efforts for raising the most money to support Autism Friends and hope Ethan enjoys the fruits of hard work, his new laptop! We will present your award at the next meeting.

Our Goal for the new year is to grow closer as a group, continue to make new friends, support each other, and have more fun activities! Great ideas and suggestions last night, keep them coming!

Had great time in Sherman Christmas parade, thanks to all are members that participated! The kiddos had a great time! Thanks and God Bless Phill Dill boats of Lewisville for supporting autism and making this day a success!
