Sherman Ex-Students Association The Sherman Ex-Students Association is open to graduates and former students of Sherman High School or Fred Douglass. We are Sherman's alumni association.

The museum is open Wednesday and Friday from 12-3 pm. Welcome to the Sherman Ex-Students Association Page. The organization's name was chosen as a way of communicating that we want to include all who have attended school within the Sherman ISD community. Whether you left Sherman at some point prior to graduation, moved into the district at any point during your school years, or attended Sherman sc

hools from day one through graduation, we want to include you in our membership. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS:

- Five Year - $50.00
- Lifetime - $250.00
*$50.00 of each Lifetime Membership supports the
Ex-Students Association's Scholarship Program

Take a stroll down memory lane with a walk through the Sherman Ex-Student's Association Museum. This stroll will amaze you with the memories it brings back! The museum displays Athenians from just about every graduation class, all kinds of pictures, awards, plaques, Hi Talks, letter sweaters and jackets, and many, many more memories. The Museum is always receptive to donations and gifts of any and all types of Sherman and Fred Douglass High School items. MUSEUM INFORMATION:
The museum is located at 2701 Loy Lake Road, in the original

The Museum will remain closed Friday, February 6th so that we may attend the funeral of Charles Hines, a lifelong personal friend and a great friend of the Sherman Ex-Students Museum. Charles' legacy lives on through every custom-built desk, display shelf and cabinet gracing our beautiful facility and we are forever grateful!

Based on this post, the Museum will remain closed as well.

Sherman ISD schools and offices will remain closed Friday, January 30 due to the lingering impacts of the recent winter storm. Classes and extracurricular activities are canceled.

While road conditions are improving, many slick spots remain on streets, parking lots and other areas that need to be safely accessed by our buses, students, families and staff. Refreezing is also expected overnight.

Information regarding any potential make-up days will be communicated at a later date. We look forward to seeing everyone back at school next week!
