Hispanic Heritage Council of Texoma The Hispanic Heritage Council of Texoma helps foster the culture of Hispanic people from around the world who call the Texoma region home.

The mission of the Hispanic Heritage Council of Texoma is to advance educational opportunities for Hispanic students in the greater Texoma area. HHC of Texoma places an important emphasis on education through the implementation of its scholarship program, and it also strives to nourish and encourage the diverse cultural heritage of the Hispanic community through its yearly celebration and other events.
