What a great night in Downtown Sherman. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Imagine the Possibilities Tour as we celebrated Preservation Month and explored the future of downtown together.

Guests had the opportunity to tour several available downtown properties, including:

We also debuted Sherman’s newly restored trolley, which will now be making appearances at special events around town. 🚎

FRIDAY 5/1/26 ONLY- if you normally park in the "Farmers Market parking lot" at the corner of Houston & Crockett, you'll want to park in the free public parking lot behind it on Friday because the Farmers Market lot will be closed in order to set up for the concert/celebration.
