Worshipful Master, Wardens and Brethren:
A combined effort from Travis Lodge, OES and the York Rite Bodies, they are already collecting for Toys for Tots. There is a box in the lobby to collect toys. Please bring a toy to our October and November Meetings and fill it up. If you would like to make a monetary donation. OES Sister Pat Pettit will take the donation.
OES Carpenters Chapter #183, has an ongoing project they are asking for assistance from all bodies that meet at Travis Lodge. A food donation box is set up in the lobby. They are asking that every member bring 1 perishable food item each meeting, to assist the Grayson County Food Pantries.
Saturday, 10/10/2026, Blue Ridge Lodge #490, will have a Pancake Breakfast at 8:00am - till they run out. This will be held at the Blue Ridge Lodge, 114 West Heap St., Blue Ridge, Texas.
Saturday, 10/10/2026, Travis Lodge will have a Fish Fry Fundraiser, from 4:00pm-7:00pm. They will have fish, fries, hushpuppies and a desert. Cost will be $15.00 a plate Children under 5 eat free.
Saturday, 10/10/2026, Mantua Lodge #209, Van Alstyne will have a Fish Fry Fundraiser, from Noon till 2:00pm. It will be $15.00 a plate kids under 5 eat free. This will be at the Matua Lodge, 101 E. Cooper St., Van Alstyne.
Wednesday, 10/14/2026, George R. Reeves Lodge #396 in Pottsboro, at 6pm, is having a special event open to all. Dean Reeves, the Great Great Great Grandson, of George R. Reeves, will be visiting Pottsboro. He will be bringing, displaying and talking about some of the family items handed down to him from George R. Reeves. Items include old guns, knives and letters to name a few. Some men from the George Reeves Civil War Camp as well as Daughters of the American Revolution will be on hand to join the celebration. Of special interest will be a sword used by George during the Civil War as well as a gun used by his father (William Steele Reeves) during the War of 1812 along with several other items of special interest. They will be serving BBQ dinner for those attending but you need to RSVP. Contact Secretary Jeff Bodovsky at 903-821-8421.
Tuesday, 10/20/2026 at 6:00pm, Fish Creek Masonic Lodge #344, Muenster, will have a chili supper fundraiser. Families, friends and neighbors are invited. After the fundraiser dinner they will have an EA stated lamp light meeting.
Thursday, 10/22/2026 at 10:00am, Rising Star Lodge #129, in Calera OK, is hosting a golf tournament at the Tishomingo Golf Course, Tishomingo OK. This will be a 4 man scramble that costs $400 per team and lunch is provided. Registration is 8:00am with the sh***un start at 8:30am.
Saturday, 10/24/2026 , from 9:am-3:pm, in Pottsboro. Is the Frontier Days Festival. Although not a Masonic Event. Many of our Masonic Brothers will be manning booths. As well as a few Lodges. Come out and enjoy a family day and maybe support a few of our brothers.

George R. Reeves Lodge #396 in Pottsboro, is having a raffle for a $500.00 Ace Hardware Gift Card. Only 200 tickets will be sold. The raffle will be held when all 200 tickets are sold. tickets are $20.00 a piece. If all 200 tickets are not sold, the raffle will be held before christmas.
